A CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card provides proof that you’re qualified to perform your job effectively and safely.
What is a CSCS card?
CSCS cards provide proof that individuals working on construction sites have the appropriate training and qualifications, the card plays its part in improving standards and safety on construction sites across the UK.
Most principal contractors and major house builders will require construction workers on their sites to hold a valid card.
Not sure which card you are entitled to?
If you’re looking to get your first CSCS card or you have not completed an NVQ or degree, then you will need a green labourers CSCS card. You may be eligible to get this for free on one of our training courses, contact us here to find out more.
Alternatively, with a degree or an NVQ there is a wide variety of cards available, we recommend using the CSCS Card finder to find out more.
Need to book a CITB Health, safety and environment test?
Commonly referred to as a CSCS test, the CITB Health, safety and environment test can be sat at The Skills Centre in Earls Court, Southwark or Stratford for just £50.

Currently, we have CSCS tests in London available every Tuesday at 9am, 10am, 11am and 1:30pm.

Good news! If you have completed one of our Level 1 training programmes, your first resit is free, following this it will cost £50.
